Psalm 62

*To the chief Musician, to *Jeduthun, A Psalm of David.

||Truly amy soul waiteth upon God:

From him cometh my salvation.

bHe only is my rock and my salvation;

He is my defence; cI shall not be greatly moved.

How long will ye imagine mischief against a man?

Ye shall be slain all of you:

dAs a bowing wall shall ye be, and as a tottering fence.

They only consult to cast him down from his eexcellency:

They delight in lies:

fThey bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly. Selah.

gMy soul, wait thou only upon God;

For my expectation is from him.

hHe only is my rock and my salvation:

He is my defence; cI shall not be moved.

iIn God is my salvation and my glory:

The rock of my strength, and my krefuge, is in God.

lTrust in him at all times; ye people,

mPour out your heart before him:

God is ka refuge for us. Selah.

nSurely omen of low degree are npvanity, and omen of high degree are qa lie:

To be laid in the balance, rthey are ||altogether lighter than npvanity.

10  Trust not in oppression,

And rrbecome not vain in robbery:

sIf riches increase, set not your heart upon them.

11  God hath spoken tonce;

tTwice have I heard this;

That u||power belongeth unto God.

12  Also unto thee, O Lord, belongeth xmercy:

For ythou renderest to every man according to his work.
